Start of Housing Reservations for Citizens in Al Dhafra

The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority has initiated the opening of the reservation and purchase process for citizen beneficiaries of housing loans to acquire ready residential units within the «Al Shabhana» and «Al Nayefa» residential projects located in the Al Dhafra region, in a developmental measure aimed at providing adequate housing and enhancing family and social stability for the area's residents.

These projects offer modern residential communities with integrated facilities, designed to meet the highest standards of sustainability and quality of life, fulfilling the needs of the Emirati family in terms of space, engineering designs, and privacy.

The projects include advanced infrastructure networks encompassing road and lighting networks, water and electricity supplies, and telecommunications, alongside the allocation of ample spaces for public parks, sports fields, green areas, community centers, mosques, and commercial services to ensure a comprehensive and high-standard lifestyle.

Registration and selection processes were carried out digitally through the «Iskan Abu Dhabi» application to facilitate procedures and reduce citizens' time and effort, allowing them to review the details and floor plans of available residential villas and complete eligibility and purchase requirements with ease, in fulfillment of the wise leadership's desire to place citizens' housing files at the forefront of developmental and social priorities in the emirate.
