The Badai'el Organization for Childhood and Youth is organizing, on Saturday and Sunday, October 17 and 18, 2026, at its headquarters in Rabat, a training course entitled "Strategic Planning for Civil Society Organizations", aimed at the members of its board of directors.

This course is part of the project "Organizational and Structural Development of the Badai'el Organization for Childhood and Youth: Strengthen - Develop - Unify - Excellence (4T)", implemented within the "Hiwar" program funded by the European Union, with the objective of enhancing the organization's capacities and developing its institutional performance.

The course aims to build a common understanding of the concepts and phases of strategic planning, to learn tools to diagnose the reality of the organization, analyze its environment and the needs of target groups, as well as define priorities and formulate objectives, results, and monitoring indicators. The work is based on interactive presentations, practical exercises, and group work that take into account the organization's experience and issues related to children and youth.

This initiative constitutes a preliminary stage for a workshop to be organized later in order to draft the organization's strategic plan, enabling participants to acquire the necessary knowledge and tools to contribute to shaping its future orientations, within a participatory process that responds to its priorities and reinforces its role in serving children and youth.
