The Moroccan city of Casablanca is moving towards consolidating its position in the specialized medical exhibitions sector through an alliance between Index Conference and Exhibitions, a subsidiary of the Emirati Index Holding, and the Moroccan company Atelier Vita, with the aim of developing specialized dentistry fairs and expanding the horizons of scientific and commercial cooperation between institutions and companies operating in this sector.
Imad Benjelloun: The partnership with the Emirati Index is an important step to consolidate Morocco's position in the medical exhibition industry in Africa.
Dr. Mohamed Saad
Imad Benjelloun, President of Atelier Vita Morocco, emphasized that this alliance represents a major step forward in developing the specialized exhibition industry in Morocco and strengthening its presence at the African level. He noted that cooperation with the Emirati Index combines local expertise with international capabilities in exhibition organization, management, and marketing, opening new horizons to attract global companies, experts, and specialists.
Benjelloun explained that this partnership holds special significance for the international dentistry exhibition MOROCCO DENTAL EXPO, organized annually by the Morocco International Exhibition Center (ICEC). He stressed that the complementarity of organizational and commercial experiences and capabilities of both companies will help enhance the exhibition's position, broaden the scope of its regional and international participation, and solidify its presence among the most prominent specialized dentistry events on the African continent.
He also added that the cooperation between Index and Atelier Vita Morocco constitutes an opportunity to build a specialized platform with African and international reach in the medical exhibition sector, particularly in dentistry, leveraging Index's network of international relations and Atelier Vita Morocco's experience in the local market, professional relations, and operational and logistical capabilities.
Benjelloun indicated that the complementary capabilities of both companies enhance the opportunities to attract manufacturers, suppliers, medical institutions, professionals, and experts from diverse markets, supporting the exchange of experiences and modern technologies and opening broader fields for commercial cooperation and investment in the dental sector.
He likewise emphasized that the ambition of both parties is not limited to developing a specialized fair, but extends to consolidating its position among the leading platforms in the exhibition industry on an African scale, focusing on medical exhibitions that are experiencing growing development in specialties, services, and modern technologies, thereby supporting Morocco's status as a destination for hosting international professional events.
He stated that the alliance combines international expertise in exhibition organization, management, and marketing with specialized knowledge of the Moroccan market, providing key elements to develop medical events, expand the base of participants and exhibitors, and foster communication among various stakeholders operating in the sector.
The agreement was signed on the sidelines of AEEDC Dubai's participation as a guest of honor at the twenty-fourth edition of the International and African Congress of Odontology, organized by the Moroccan Association for the Prevention of Oral Diseases in the city of Marrakech.
The agreement was signed by Imad Benjelloun, President of Atelier Vita Morocco, and Tariq Abdulsalam Al Alami, Board Member and Chief Executive Officer of Exhibitions and Experiences at Index Holding, with the attendance of Ambassador Prof. Dr. Abdul Salam Al Madani, Chairman of AEEDC Dubai and the World Scientific Federation of Dentistry, and Ambassador of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean for the Gulf Region.
