The Coalition destroys a Houthi missile in Khamis Mushait

As part of the ongoing response to persistent threats, the Arab Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen announced today the success of air defense forces in intercepting and destroying a cruise missile launched by the Houthi militia towards the city of Khamis Mushait, in the southwest of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The official spokesperson for the coalition forces, Major General Turki al-Maliki, explained via the platform «X» that the coalition forces handled the hostile threat with high efficiency and destroyed the missile before it reached its target, a step reflecting the constant readiness of the defense systems.

This attack occurs parallel to the state of high alert and early warning recorded in various Saudi regions and cities, including the capital, Riyadh, and other locations, following repeated attempts by the militias to target vital and civilian installations with ballistic missiles and drones, amid official confirmations of the effectiveness of security and defense measures in protecting Saudi territory.
