Head of Government Fatima Ezzahra Mansouri stressed that the Executive is eminently political and includes militants with backgrounds of struggle, with all its ministers being political figures except for Ahmed Rahhou, who is considered a national expert in a vital ministry necessary for this stage.

Mansouri renewed her call to combat suspicions and conflicts of interest, stating that the political government she leads will not say "all is well," nor will ministers appear on television to proclaim it, but rather to respond to the problems and aspirations of Moroccans.

Mansouri, speaking today in response to members of the upper house regarding the Government Declaration, explained that democracy is based on listening among all components, emphasizing that

On the constitutional aspect, she explained that the legislator is the one who drafts laws, and that debating the budget law before the investiture vote is not possible, while its presentation remains constitutional. She pointed out that the formation of the Government took only 16 days, and that the project was prepared and presented in record time after establishing the government program within a committee among the majority parties.

Returning to the topic of the political government, Mansouri described its composition as the

, explaining that its ministers are militants with political and activist backgrounds within the parties, united by a strong democratic reference based on dialogue, listening, and responsiveness. She highlighted that the first thing the majority leaders agreed upon was to regain trust, given the voter turnout recorded (38 percent), reiterating her categorical rejection of any conflicts of interest. She also drew attention to the fact that government measures stem from field tours across Morocco rather than from think tanks or artificial intelligence, drawing their ambition from the vast resources with which the country abounds.
