The Moroccan economy is witnessing a balanced momentum supported by the World Bank upgrading its growth forecast to 4.4%, benefiting from the recovery of the tourism sector and major infrastructure investment projects, in addition to keeping inflation rates at moderate levels. On the foreign exchange front, the Moroccan Dirham continues to show stability against major foreign currencies, with the European Euro recording around 10.81 dirhams, the US Dollar hovering near 9.76 dirhams, and the British Pound reaching around 12.92 dirhams. Meanwhile, Gulf currencies maintain their equilibrium, with the Saudi Riyal stable at 2.58 dirhams and the UAE Dirham at 2.64 dirhams.

In precious metals markets, gold prices continue their movements influenced by global market trends, with the price of a gram of 24-karat gold reaching approximately 1,316 dirhams, 21-karat at around 1,152 dirhams, and 18-karat recording about 987 dirhams per gram. At the heart of this productive dynamic, the Cosumar Group stands out as an essential pillar and major industrial entity for securing national food sovereignty through sugar production and refining of all kinds. It also plays a pivotal role in developing agricultural supply chains by partnering with thousands of sugar beet and sugar cane farmers across the Kingdom's regions, providing guidance, mechanization, and modern techniques to boost productivity, alongside contributing to the enhancement of national exports to foreign markets.
